5 Benefits of Cold Weather Play for Children: Boost Their Health & Happiness This Winter
Straining to fit into a boot. Whining about a finger caught in the wrong mitten. Searching for that elusive toque. Getting your kids outside to play...
Playa San Agustinillo is located just east of Mazunte. We came to this beach after visiting the Living Museum of the Sea Turtles about a week ago and returned once again on our way to Puerto Angel where we were to stay for the remainder of our vacation.
On the left side of Playa San Agustinillo, looking out to sea, there is a large outcroping of rocks. Among these rocks there is a tunnel and sometimes when the tide is low a person can walk through to the other side. Both times we visited the beach this was not possible but my children still enjoyed scrambling among the rocks searching for shells, snails and small crabs. Near these rocks the water is fairly calm making it a popular sot for swimming with the locals. There also are some good places to eat along the beach. It easy to see why this relaxing beach if a favourite among locals and tourists.
I guess this is your last blog of your trip. thanks for sending this one. Again very interesting and good photos.
